One more happy customer. Howard took the time today in Daytona to put a different set of springs on my bike and fine tune the installation. He was very well behaved and didn't bite one passerby.
Where is Howard set-up in Daytona? He said the map was on his site, but damned if I could find it.
Never mind, found the map.

Reason: Found it.
This be epic!!
Just a heads up to those who are leery of Howard's personality/business practices/whatever..........don't even think about calling RB Racing!!!!
LMAO!!!
Started to post the same thing. First time I got Bob on the phone, I tell him who I am and tell him I want to buy one of his exhaust systems and need to ask him some questions. His reply:
"So what, you think you're going to single-handedly keep me in fuc&%$g business or something?"
Had I not read almost every page on his web site I probably would have hung up on him. He absolutly knows about exhaust theory and practice.
I just Received my JRI 's.......in a word badass. I blew out one of my fxdx shocks. Argue ably one of Thee best shocks hHD ever put out. These socks are lighter, better made and look beautiful! Trust me, put on your thick skins, call Howard and you will be happy you did.

Sounds like Bob and Howard are alot alike.
I'd of hung up on him anyway! Seriously, someone that's that full of himself doesn't deserve the business! JMO.
I had the opposite service, he called me to complain that I hadn't gotten my shocks yet and "he" was pissed..... I have snow in my yard so I can't even get to my scoot in the shed! He followed up a few weeks later and asked why I hadn't called for help with install. I am guessing it was the bad timing of your call. I will f/u with info after the install.
i had the same problem with him. i called at the first of January so know bike week problem! i don't like bad mouthing people and i know every one has bad days but he was very rude and disrespectful so i said thank you and hung up! but he's not getting any of my money or references!!
did you ever think that there is two sides of every discussion. Have you actually looked in side of yourself and thought you get what you deserve. I may have just not wanted your money because of who you are. No harm but I guess you did the best thing and moved on. I guess I did not want to deal with you. BTW, thank you for calling just once.

Well said Howard.
BTW..... my Ohlins that you built for me last year have carried me for 30,000 smooth miles. Thanks.
