great looking ride. I'm leaning towards the edge cut look myself. Get tired of cleaning chrome after a while!

Looks great!

That is right along the lines I had pictured when I went to buy a black SG. Got to dealer and the Merlot won me over so had to take a different route.

There is a few bands of rubber on them. As far as them being for comfort..... I think they are more for "grip". As long as you arent holding on with a death grip, I think they are fine. Hell, I have 90# jackhammers and rock drills at work I run for 10-12 hours a day and my hands are the least of my problems..... You could always wear gloves?
