I love mine with the Sundowner...good match... I just installed one on the wife's Dyna and rode it all day yesterday, it also has a Sundowner on it...I couldn't ride it w/o...My Bagger is out of service for a while...
You don't even have to use the "getting old" excuse. How many people sit on a stool at work? .... vs a chair with some kind of back support? Anything is better than a stool.
Love mine and wouldn't have a seat without one. I can go without it on this bike much longer than I could on my Dyna but it's still nice on long trips.
I turn 29 next week and I figure that I am not going to wait until I'm old to start riding comfortable.
You're on a bagger with a backrest at 29 and already worried about discomfort from riding all day. At that rate, you'll be on a trike by 40 and a walker by 45!
I just celebrated my 58th birthday and have no problem with full day/week. (But I DO like my backrest!)
My wife feels the same way. hates boxed in. I use if when I'm by myself. can anyone answer this question. the mount has several holes for mounting. I put mine in the last hole moving it forward. where do you have yours and why? if I use the other holes, I have a hard time getting the sucker back in.
Shopping for one lately. Looking at the fancy gas activated HD one that folds out of the way for passenger, but looking for any inputs out there. Stock seat for now.
