I agree with you. Im trying not to get upset. Instead of me driving 40 miles out of my way they could call back like they said they would that actually makes me more upset than anything. But I also understand **** happens and a person forgets or gets busy.
Well it went good the guy answering the phone never relayed the message to the dyno guy. The computer running the dyno crashed so they had to go and get a laptop to run the dyno till there computer gets fixed. He just got my bike done right before we showed up. With heads done and woods 777. It put out 117 tq and 113 hp very happy with the results!! Should be a bast to ride just need to warm up around here
Usually about now I start to feel like the Dyno story is cover for not finishing the job or not admitting there's a problem they caused. Of course, they may be telling the truth but not keeping you in the loop does not inspire confidence. My next move would be an unexpected visit. Start with a smile and act like you believed their story but confirm that it's true. Some guys can't manage their time and are weak in customer service. It might just be a cover to buy a few days but you have a right to know.
