Default Need advice

Three weeks ago today I took my bike in for cam and head work to a local shop. Which I have heard nothing but good things about by friends and others. The shop told me 2 weeks it will be done... They called last Tuesday morning and said its was going on the dyno in the afternoon I thought thats great! I was gone on business and wouldn't be home till Thursday so when I got home on Thursday I called them up just to check to make sure it was done and the guy that answered the phone said that they were running it on the dyno now oh ok I said. The shop said he will call you in the morning so I wait Friday morning for a call and nothing so it was around 1o'clock I called and the guy answering the phone said that they are having problems with the dyno computer and that the dyno guy would call me and tell me whats going on so I waited Friday and Monday now its Tuesday should I call and be the naggy customer or should I just wait for them to call me? I know how frustrating computers can be when not working right. So I just seeing what all of you would do. Thanks in Advance.

If it were me I would call, you gave them enough time to call you. i see customer service isnt on the top of their list. We all know **** happens but a simple phone call would do wonders on a business standpoint IMO.

Go by the shop and check on it. Make them talk to you face to face.

Just go to the shop and see (in person) what is going on..
Anything wrong w/that?

If you're not happy, just get your bike and go.
Have another dyno-er in mind.

I've had to use 2 dyno-ers before, not everyone is good at this.

What kind of a tuner are you using?

Did they say that they could dyno w/a sert from the beginning, or?

I would think that your dealer has someone who could dyno, no?
