" good and cheap don't come in the same box"
" cheap **** ain't good and good **** ain't cheap"
I've bought crap off eBay to save money it either won't fit or it has problem as stated above go to hd parts counter and hand them the money and it works every time. Just my 2 cents.
You can get genuine HD parts and accessories for 20% off at Lake Shore HD. Shipping is free for orders over $250, or a flat $9.99 otherwise. They are busy and do a lot of business, so sometimes it takes them several days to get the order together and shipped. No better deal anywhere.

The link I posted were stock take-offs from a 2013, they were on the classifieds on this forum. I bought things on this forum and I have sold things on this forum. I can't testify that everyone is honest on here, but I have had good success.

Yep ... Most/all of the Forum Members are great to deal with and the deals can be found if you look ( search ) diligently .... Good Luck with your "chromazation" project.
Just so we are clear I was referring to a large portion of aftermarket "junk" on eBay I never said anything about buying stuff from people here I have encountered nothing but good folks on here and lots of good advice. Stone cold ain't trying to step on your toes or anything but I didn't know if you were saying I was saying something about buying oem parts here. Just clarifying.
I think I read that wrong earlier sittin here at work tends to make me not understand things correctly cause I'm bored out of my mind and we get called out in the middle of something no disrespect to anyone.
i was bidding on a set of take off chrome covers on ebay, auction ended at $192 but his reserve was 375, he said hell take 350$, it seems like a good deal considering if i was to buy the kit thru harley its 700. waiting a few days to see if he'll drop the price
