H-D iPod adapter interference
I installed the Boom iPod adapter and have a bit of interference. Is there anything I can do to eliminate it? (I also have some with AM and FM).
Thanks,

Avoid ground loops, run a dedicated ground from the battery.
Also if any small signal wires are routed, avoid high frequency-higher voltage lines (only 12 volts, but....) running parallel with the signal lines.
Install a line filter if applicable (being a passive lcr network).

Need more data. Is the problem only with the the iPod connector or does it happen when listening to the radio or a CD?
Do you have an amp installed?
What other things about our radio that are not stock?

It happens with AM/FM reception also, but not CD.
