Street glide 2013. Does the bracket in the header go over or underneath the transmission bracket.. Stock was under but it seems like this wants to sit over.

The odd thing is, mounted underneath, it lines up perfectly with the transmission cover, so I don't know.
Yes the fitment is made to mount underneath tranny bracket with the carriage bolt facing downward make sure the T-Clamp mounts underneath the factory bracket meaning both tabs are on the bottom side hope this helps
I had thought that it should go under. It seems to place a lot of stress on the exhaust and the bracket when I tried to go over and it threw the fit at the engine off a little. Stock was over, but it seemed the Rinehart head pipe was out of alignment when I placed it over.
