So I would assume the 3rd wire is "Hot" all the time? The reason I ask is that I need a "Hot" wire for the Ward Cooling Fans.

LOL. If you are laying on your horn for 15-20 seconds nonstop you have some serious issues.

Yes, it has a ring terminal that goes on the positive battery terminal. There is an inline fuse about 6 inches from the terminal, not sure what the rating of it is.

ya true - just explaining that current draw will be high and blow fuse... my exhaust will grab attention before my horn anyways... BrAAAAAAAHHHHH
