Turtle Wax Ice paste works on everything but engine. Then for touch ups turtle wax ice spray.. The bugs just slip off.
Good luck lots to choose from.

i use what ever wax is on sale. i wax maybe once a year. Bike gets washed when it rains or if i take it to the HD dealer for some maintenance item i don't want to deal with.

I rather be riding than cleaning.....

One product I've tried and have been very happy with is something called Rejex. http://www.rejex.com/. Nice thing is my local Tru Value carries it.

Use any wax from Mothers--Maguires--Adams, I prefer Adams for the cars in my garage, if wokes on them it will work on the Harley.

Not sure why some folks use detailing products that has "bike" or "motorcycle" in the name. Paint is paint....it all cleans and polishes the same. Powdercoat is powdercoat...very low maintenance. Chrome is chrome, whether its on a car or bike...you don't "polish the heck outta" chrome. It's a coating that only needs cleaning with soap. Billet and aluminum needs elbow grease and hard work to shine, but chrome should only be wiped down and waxed, treated just like paint.

Lots of misinfo out there that for some reason the biker group takes and runs like hell with it lol. Detail your motorcycle just like you would your damn car or truck lol. If you take good care of your vehicles, then you already have everything you need to take car of the appearance of your Harley. Save the money and quit buying the HD branded detail stuff just because it says HD on it lol...
