Default Exhaust Help

I had a 2012 RK with a 2 into 1 into 2 with Kuryakyn Crusher slip-ons but totaled it last week (not going to say exactly what happened, I don't want to bad mouth anyone, but let's just say the insurance company is calling it a no fault accident). So now I am getting a 2013 RK and am thinking about changing the exhaust. I liked the low rumble the Crushers had but I did not like how quiet it was at idle or cruising. I don't want to lose the hp and tq of the 2 into 1 and I like the rumble the Crushers had when hitting the throttle. Anyone have any suggestions for something that has the same low rumble but is just louder?

BTW, I also have the EFI Super Tuner which I'm probably going to upgrade with the ThunderMax AutoTune module.

Thanks,
Bull

Buddy of mine just got Fuel Moto Jackpot slip ons, loves the sound, says they are a bit deeper than Rineharts.

My jackpot 2-1-2 and V&H twin slash monsters have a deep rumble at idle and do bark when twisting. It's very subjective though. Good time of year to hang out at dealer and listen and ask...

Check out Freedom Performance Exhaust. My Indy swears by them. Got them on my RKC, and love the performance.

The Rush Slip-ons give a nice deep tone, and you can get different size baffles to vary the loudness.

Do you still have the cat in place? Put VH power duals on mine with the crushers and its pretty loud, Have a 2011 ultra.

Here's the set up I'm running on my '12 Road King.

V&H Power Duals
Arlen Big Sucker A/C
H-D SEPST
RCX-Haust slip-ons

This set up gave me 81 H.P. and 100 ft. lbs. torque. The RCX mufflers are made by RC Components. I have the slash downs, $350 from my dealer. They have tipped mufflers that cost more. These mufflers sound wicked at idle and when you jump on the throttle. When you get to a crusing speed, whether it's 45 or 75 MPH, they quiet down. And the performance in all situations is great.

If you want more of a good sounding, loud (but not too loud) muffler, you may want to consider the RCX brand.

My $0.02. Good luck in your decision.
