Can you bolt up both the inner and outer 96 fairing to your 91? yes. Will the stock gauges work? no, you'll need to rewire the bike to run 96 and up gauges.

Also, you need to use both the inner and outer fairing from the 96 to your 91, the outer 96 will not bolt up to the inner 91 and vice versa.

Post in the EVO forum on the this site and also search there for what you'll need to do, to make the swap work.
