Default Reduced reach handlebars

Have 08 Ultra with ABS and fairing mounted mirrors. Looking for help in finding reduced reach handlebars that will not require my having to remove fairing mirrors or install different brake lines. Thanks in advance for suggestions.

thx for quick reply. both local dealers adivse that HD states p/n 56176-08 requires removal of fairing mounted mirrors. not sure if this is due to possibility of hands being in line of sight and blocking mirror (which can be eliminated by rotating bars downward).

Before changing your current bars, have you tried adjusting them? Pretty well every Harley I have owned or test ridden has them set too high for me. They will roll towards you and come a little closer and lower by simply slackening off the clamps. It is well worth trying that before spending your cash.

haven't ruled this out. I'm having stock seat modified to move me back 1.5 inches and lowered 2 inches. decision on bars following having modified seat in place.

I too am needing some bars that allow me to sit up more when riding. So, I went to the dealership and was told that the only bars they would guarantee no cable changes were the bat wing reduced reach bars. So that's what I ordered. Not sure yet how I'll like them because the grips have more of a wheelbarrow effect.

I was worried about the wheelbarrow effect so I went with Khromewerks sweepers which are wider and have much less wheel barrow but I am not sure if these will be on much longer I kind of wish I would have tried the HD pullbacks. The sweepers just aren't as comfy as I hoped for me.
