I have an 09 RKC with Rush slip ons/K&N filter. Under acceleration, there is a squeal coming from what sounds like the left rear tire area. It stops when under standard power or with cruise set, but comes back under acceleration.
Back in January, I took my 09 RK in to have a sound in the primary I was hearing checked out. Back then, the automatic chain tensioner had failed and under my ext warranty they replaced the compensator, and the entire cluth.. they put in a Screaming Eagle compensator as they did not have stock one in at that time..
Fast forward to now.. I started hearing that sound you hear on the mini video there.. with the assistance of that clip to help them understand the sound I was hearing, they opened up the primary again (had it in for 40k service) and pulled apart the compensator to find it was having issues.. So I am back in with a new stock compensator again. They had never seen that SE one fail the way it did where it was actually grooving up some of the components there...
Not sure what you are hearing, as squeals come from different things.. though your note here sounds like how I experienced hearing it.. Only under acceleration, or if the drive was under tension, like going up a hill.
Drive belt. To confirm it's the belt, take a bar of soap and rub it along the inside and outside edge of the belt all the way around. Go for a ride. If no squeak, then it's probably that your belt is a tad tight.
OK, soaped up the belt and yep...no squeal. Road to dealer on Saturday and they checked the belt and said it was fine. Then recommended I go to a heavier weight tranny oil (BelRay 85/140)..so who knows? I will listen for it and adjust if it comes back.

They probably recommended changing trans fluid because the 5th gear makes some nasty whining on the 09 bikes under acceleration also. Totally separate issue, but still annoying IMO. I went to a heavier gear oil to quiet it down, and it helped. If you haven't noticed it or it doesn't bother you can always just leave it as is.
As far as the belt, i think you've done right. You got it checked and they say its good, now just ride it and adjust if it comes back.
