I just bought a 2007 HD Road King Classic with a stage 1 kit ....I'm not familar with what it is could someone give me an explantion Im sure it because of the swaped out pipes but that's all I know

There isn't a definite description! It generally includes a change of mufflers, to make more noise, plus a new air filter and housing. That also creates more noise and improves air through the engine a little. If done properly there should also be a dealer download into the ECU, to maintain air/fuel ratio, or better still an add-on tuner.
