they are just standard automotive blade connectors on the back of the gauges.. you'll need a male & a female crimp-on connectors to make the extensions.. I used the Red ones.. pick them up at an Autozone,NAPA, O'Riellys, Advanced Auto or any other auto parts store..

The speedometer and tachometer are 12-pin; see below.

Then you got the wrong speedo & tach.. I was going by your sig that says its a 2001.. you still have a speedo cable on yours I believe.. or am I wrong??

Does your current speedo have an electronic tripmeter or a mechanical one??

My current speedo uses the speed sensor, just changed it. However, I am installing gauges and fairing from a 2007.
