Default My first ride, ever....
Well so it seems. Had back surgery 1-16 and again on 2-28 and today I went out for the first ride since 1-15. Nice hour ride on the country roads but I can feel it in the back and leg. Seems to me that is conditioniing so I prescribe myself to get in frequent short rides to build up strength and endurance.

Beautiful down here, mid 60's, sunny, low humidity. Great day. Think I'll have a steak tonight.
