On my 2010 ultra I was checking the Delphi acc plug under the seat to see which wire was hot and shorted it out but cannot fine a fuse blown. Now my spot lights aren't working nor the panel lights for acc and spot so is there another fuse I am missing? I have a manual but no luck yet. Thanks for any help.

My 2012 manual has all of the elementary prints in the rear, and it begins with a fuse block diagram, with nomenclature on which fuse is which.
I suspect your manual is the same?

Are you checking all the fuses under the left side cover?

Per the 2010 touring service manual, that connector is wired directly to the "p&a" fuse. It's 15 amps. Should be third fuse from left on top row. Wiring diagram B-8. Also, I believe it should be the orange with red stripe wire with +12vdc

Why do you say it's a Delphi connector? The acc connector is a Deutsch connector unless HD changed it recently.

Just an FYI for all us old blind folk they make smart fuses that have a small LED that lights when you have a blown fuse.I changed all mine out with these and what a big help it was in finding blown fuses.Do a search on ebay they're pretty cheap.
