Took the RK in for 40K service and, as I was walking out the door, mentioned that I still had 8 days left on my ESP. Asked them to check anything that might be covered by warranty while doing the 40K service.
To my surprise (don't know why)... they found quite a bit of covered items that needed replacing including the cam chain tensioners. One of them had been pretty well messed up on one side and could have gone at any time.
Anyway, kudos to technician Dave at Gator Harley for all the "extra" work he did on my bike. Driving back home it was like having another brand new bike again and I feel a lot safer mechanically than before.
