Black Cherry Vs Sunglo Merlot?
Black Cherry Vs Sunglo Merlot?
Guys is it my eyes playing tricks or are those two colors very simular? Merlot looks like it has more metallic flake in it over the Black Cherry that only has a little bit but over all dont they look almost the "same"......or do I need glasses already

My 05 Ultra was Black Cherry and Black Pearl.
My 12 Limited is Ember red sunglow and Merlot sunglow.
The Black Cherry and Merlot Sunglow look similar (almost black) in dim light but are obviously different when side by side.
In the sun they are very, very different. The Merlot sunglow has large flake in it that has an orange glow.

I didn't see any black cherry but plenty of the merlot when I was looking. Color was too common to the point that I just went with black but to each his/her own I suppose.

Big difference!
The difference is in the sunlight the Merlo Sunglow gets about a foot deep with all kind of flakes floating in it. Next to the new Candy Orange, my favorite Harley color.
