Default Thanks Easter bunny

After ten years and about 100k miles of reliable everyday service my last bike took a crap on me. I'd been limping it around for weeks and my wife finally had enough and when I limped it into the driveway from work on Easter Sunday this was sitting there. I absolutely love it but it is a huge adjustment from what I was on. My biggest issue is the seat. I used to being down in the bike and now I feel like I'm on top of it. Any suggestions on what will move me down and back? I looked at the Lepara Bare bones solo, but would like to keep a 2 up seat.

Also...the airshocks, are they similar to air shocks on a car...i.e. if I let air out of the system does the ride height lower, or will I need to buy a shorter shock?

You found a kid sitting on your bike in the driveway? Bring him back, they eat quite a lot and will cost you a small fortune not to mention all the problems they cause.

You better get you a manual on that bike-
And ride safe!
(Enjoy the ride, too)

Yes, lowering the psi will drop the ride height a bit but the drawback is you would bottom out with no "travel" in the shocks. Read the owners manual and it will tell you what the psi should be for your riding weight- Oh and BTW, CONGRATS!!

Not so much and egg, more or less a sheet over it. My wife claimed I would have rode my bike until it blew up and left me stranded somewhere. Therefore, knowing that I would never bring my self to commit to a payment for the next 5 years she was forced to take matters into her own hands.

My son is still really confused as to how the easter bunny got it to the house.

Nice bike and it sounds like a very nice wife. What was the bike that this one will replace?

What year is it? So we all can discuss different options but always buy the service manual (Bike Bible).
