From the information provided, how can you jump to the conclusion that the car driver was at fault?

Nevermind. I almost forgot. Whenever a motorcycle and a car have an altercation it has to be the cars fault. Right? <sarcasm intended>

So were you swinging out wide left and then turning right into your driveway and she passed you on the right? Trying to picture this in my mind exactly what happened.

I don't see it that way at all, but I don't know all the facts either.

Yes you are correct.
I was turning right into my driveway and I swing to the left to get a straight shot at the driveway.
As I swung left, she punched it and passed me on the right.

Like I said, I know it was my fault.
Damn that lady for doing what she did but has I not had my head up my ***, it never would have happened.

I am glad you were not hurt

Main reason for this post is to tell every one to pay attention.

I am one of those guys that will tell you "every accident is avoidable". And I am one to preach about paying 100% attention 100% of the time.

But I also know that even though we try, no one can be 100% all the time.

I completely screwed up on this one. I knew a car was there and even though I paid attention to her, I stopped once I got near the driveway.

I did not signal

The only thing I did manage to do right was, I had the brakes covered and hit them fast enough to just touch her as she past.

Thankfully all I lost was a little pride and a quarter size patch of leather on my seat where my **** pinched the seat!
