You're 08 came with a 96" and now you went to a 103"
You're going to have to tune it. I suggest a PCV retrofit from Fuel Moto or find one in the used parts section of our forum. It's running lean from the extra Cubic ""
Ok if your using the 08 pipe and sensors just get a tuner. If you like fuel moto they sell power vision and have great customer service according to this site. I have never used them.
Let me get this straight. You had a 96" and swapped it out for a 103" using the stock ecm? Yes your running lean and may burn the valves. Using pipes with o2 sensors? Easy get a Thunder Max with auto tune. Have Zippers pre set it for your motor, pipes, ac. The Tmax will do the rest.
Who did the install, you or a dealer? Did you wire the ACR's? Any of the used Power commander 5's in the for sale section should work with your set up. Your best bet seeing that you don't have a lot of knowledge on tuners and such might be to just take it to an indy or a dealer and have them tune it for you so you can get to riding. Keep up on the forums and read about all the after market stuff and later down the road get into some more of the custom stuff.
Congrats on the new engine!
Yes but it would need a flash or tune.
Also the ACR would need to be hooked up No real major difference in the 96 and 103 from 2008 to 2013 . Few changes, Compensator,ACR standard on 103, The lifters were changed some say for the worst.
Type 02 sensor is no big deal.
I also recommend Power Vision in your case and get it from Fuel moto price right and the support is outstanding.
