Yes but it would need a flash or tune.
Also the ACR would need to be hooked up No real major difference in the 96 and 103 from 2008 to 2013 . Few changes, Compensator,ACR standard on 103, The lifters were changed some say for the worst.
Type 02 sensor is no big deal.
I also recommend Power Vision in your case and get it from Fuel moto price right and the support is outstanding.

I didn't think the PV worked with the old style un heated o2's?
I believe the only change to the lifters was the plant that makes them was moved or started being made in Mexico, so they renamed them c's instead of the one's made in the states that were the B's. A few believe the B's are quieter and fail less than the new C lifters.
