Hello all I currently have Vance and Hines exhaust and I just purchased a rsd intake...is it necessary for me to get a ecu pack?? If so should I get Vance fuel pack or is there a better option?thanks
The ideal situation is to get a real tuner that adjust more then fuel...a few examples are Power vision, TTS, SERTPRO, ect. The tuners I mentioned will also reflash your ECM and not ride on the bike once its done.
Yup if your gonna run exhaust and a high flow air filter then you need to give your bike more fuel
Yup the fuel pak is plug and play, cheap, and works great for MOST people
Keep in mind that i was told by my HD tech buddy that even after a fuel pak has been removed he can still tell that one was in place through his HD computer software at the dealer. Take it for what its worth
I honestly don't think it would hurt it but if money is the issue then just get some XEID's from nightrider.com and save up for a tuner. They are right at 100 bucks and will add some fuel to keep it cool
