Got the incident report today,and it states Unauthorized use of motor vehicle as offense,vehicle stolen/recovered and returned with no damaged or items missing(bullshit).Incident status-UNFOUNDED....Going to call Cameron county DA and see WTF,no name of the a##hole on report.It really smells like professional courtesy to me,so much for honest porkers in South Texas.

simple solution...all things go full circle you know who he is ,get his address, learn his habits. watch and wait. i'M NOT ONE FOR SCREWIN WITH ANYONES BIKE BUT i WOULD SURELY SCREW WITH HIM.

Falsifying a report is a crime on it's own.

Fix your bike an move on. You can't get revenge and if your story is on the up and up, the police and the drunk are in some kind of relationship.
