I replaced my stock street glide seat with a new sundowner. Im not likin it. To wide in the back for my tastes and it seems to be a bit closer too. Any suggestions?

 

That's a bummer- next round of seat shopping try to find someone that'll let you try before you buy.

the stock SG seat is one of the better styled stock seats for HD, but not good for a long day, the 2011+ version has a larger rear section than the 09/10

I feel exactly the same way. It looks like a sofa and pushes me forward but it keeps the wife quiet and when I'm solo I always switch back to stock.

 

Find a '11 and later stock seat. Much more back support that '10 and earlier. Sundowner is better for the longer rides IMHO though.
