cause on the CVO bikes with the Extended Saddle Bags (that have a cut outs in each saddle bag for the exhaust on each side) it looks like crap with only 1 of the saddle bags cut outs filled in ...
agreed - some bikes it's not necessary, but the extended bags bikes it just fills it in - balanced
you must have posted this just as I started typing!!

In that only case I can understand the need for a dummy pipe. In any other situation,no F'n way!
Wow...having a ghost pipe is thought of by people as dumb? Really? Even though the person who ACTUALLY owns the bike wants it?
Guess it is lucky that what others think as far as my bike doesn't matter a bit to me. I am putting a D&D Boss Fat Cat on mine Saturday with a ghost pipe.
Don't worry about the opinions of others on something like this and do what looks good to you. It's your bike, not theirs.

you're going to enjoy all that dumb power you gain from that pipe. I went from the true dual to the D&D, and the bike is smoother, accelerates better, and I feel an increase in power in the seat of your pants dyno. very pleased with mine. and I have that "dumb" ghost pipe too!! (expensive!!)
what I can't believe is the resistance to having a ghost pipe, what do they care If I have one? not really an issue to die over, I'd say
