Well i just finished my Yaffe classic 12" bagger apes and matched painted inner fairing install...WOW, the apes really feel nice and make the bike so easy to steer...i chose to not do the internal wiring in case i had to change something...i will do it later.... The inner fairing turned out great...i am glad i color matched it. I also installed the Fullsac true dual kit...that is another thread...I have attached a few pics...Install went pretty good...did a Motion pro 6" longer clutch cable and 8" over brake lines kit by Goodrich...I thought the throttle cables would work but i have now found out they bind a bit...So i ordered Drag specialties 6" over cables set from the local dealer for like $55.00 So not too bad...I have a total of a little less than $500.00 in the whole thing including the painted inner fairing...
How did you get a painted inner fairing, plus the Yaffes, plus the cables for $500?? The painted fairing is over that alone!
Buddy is a MGR at a local body shop...It's who you know...gave him the PPG color match # ...Only thing is it took 6 weeks because he did it at night and squeezed it in between other high dollar jobs...He only charged me $100.00
Bars were $99.00 brake lines and clutch cables were $185.00 from eastern performance. misc hardware... New Throttle and idle cable coming this week from the local HD Dealer (Sheltons in Goldsboro NC) for $55.00...WHile i was at it i did the Fullsac conversion for $187.00...
I was gonna paint the inner fairing Black but i am so happy i color matched it... damn it looks good in the sun...I ordered some 3M clear clinging paint protector sheets on Ebay for $10 bucks for i can put my 3 compartment pouch on top of the fairing.

On the bottom side of the hand controls, there is space to run the wires externally. Just enough room to keep from pinching the wires. At least that's the way mine are.
