Today I was out for the 3rd ride of the season.About 30 miles into it I experienced the dreaded "Limp home mode".Check engine light on,no throttle response,and Idling at about 1200 RPM.But thanks to all the experience on here,I shut her off and disconnected the plug on the side of the Throttle body,reseated it a couple of times and restarted.Check engine light was out,and throttle response was normal.The bike worked great the rest of the day.
When I got home I checked for DTCs.
P1511-Throttle actuator control power management mode.
P2135-TPS correlation error.
I cleared them and tomorrow I'll clean up the pins in the connector.

A little dielectric grease while you're at it. And call the dealer (didn't see what year you're on) to see if there's a notice. They swapped mine out (on a 2011) for newly designed connectors at no charge.
