Throttle Grip Sensor
While riding my 09' ULTRA CLASSIC, bike throttle would not respond while I was cruising down the road. I pulled over, bike still running but at a 1300 RPM Idle. I went to crack throttle and there was no response, and my ENGINE Light on. I shut bike down, waited 2 minutes, turned bike back on letting the ECI to RE BOOT and bike fired up, ENGINE light on for about 5 seconds and went out, Throttle working fine. Finished my days ride and ran through the CODE PROCESS and came up with 2 CODES, P 1511, EFI POWER MANAGEMENT MODULE and P 2135, TGS CORRELATION ERROR.
Also came up was PN td-205002-. Is this a PART #?
I'm thinking I need to replace my TGS, Throttle Grip Sensor.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Andy "BBQHOG"

I having the same problem just now. Did you ever find out what was happening? I also read a technical bulletin that had me clean the pins on the cable between the front ferring and the carb. This seemed to work a little while but the light then came back on.
Had this happen twice about a year apart on my 2011 FLHX. The connector pins need to be replaced or repaired. Like you have done, I was told you could turn the bike off, wait a couple of minutes then it will reset. Never worked either time with me. First time dealer cleaned the pin connector, second time replaced the harness. Demand the harness replacement. MoCo is very aware of this issue.
