Exclamation Major THROTTLE issues.... please help!

Posted this a few times, great ideas, but no fixes yet.... PLEASE HELP.

2009 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic
Stock Intake
Stock ECM
52,000 Miles
Original Owner

Bike runs rough, throws codes. On quarter throttle bike jumps almost as if I am playing with the throttle up and down quickly. When gunned, throttle holds fine.
When it is acting up, Check Engine light comes on.

At times, it acts fine with no throttle issues. Then out of no where, check engine light comes on and bike starts acting up.
I went completely back to stock, reset the ECM (both 3x start method and 5x start method) did multiple test drives, and bike still throws the following codes:

P0107 Map Sensor Open/Low
P0113I AT Voltage Open/High
P0118 ET Sensor High
P0120 TPS1 Range Error
P0123 TPS2 High/Open
P0220 TPS2 Range Error
P0223 TPS2 High/Open
P0374 CKP Sensor Synch Error
P1510 EFI Limited Performance Mode
P1511 EFI Power Management Mode
P1512 EFI Forced Idle Mode
P2122 TGS1 Low/Open
P2127 TGS2 Low/Open
P2135 TPS Correlation Error

I have done the following:

Returned to STOCK intake.
Removed Power Commander V.
New Twist Grip Throttle Sensor
Di-Electric Grease in Throttle Body Connector, ECM Connector, Twist Grip Connector
Checked all connectors, reconnected all connectors.
Cleaned all connectors.

Please advise. Out of ideas. About to go spend hundreds at a Dealer for DIAG. Hundreds I cant afford, means bike will be a very expensive paperweight for a few months.

I would be suspicious of the crank position sensor at this point.
Is the bike hard to start?
PO 374 indicates a problem with your crank position sensor.
There is no fixing them, you just replace it.

It has been hard to start on occasion. Would that cause the throttle problems and extra codes too?

Is it hard to replace?

Pappy,

Had a similiar problem and found it to be connector contact fretting at the ECM. The fretting on the gold contacts changes the resistance enough to make it intermittent. I found a TSB (HD Technical Service Bulliten) that addressed this issue by replacing the ECM and the wire and crimp terminal that goes between the ECM and the throttle body. Search fretting and see if you can find it.

Try this

This just happened to me on my 08 FLHR w/60k. It is connector fretting due to excessive vibration. I had to replace the crimp pin between the ECM and the throttle acuator. I think it was purple/black wire. There is service bulletin TT418 out for this. Check for any diagnostic codes.

Mine also fretted on the ECM terminal so I had to replace it as well.

This may have been covered already, but I'd look at grounds and power supply routing. If you've got the electrical manual it'll help in figuring those out.

With all of those DTCs I wouldn't think it'd be one component...usually that doesn't happen with Delphi ECMs.

Luck and Semper Fi Gunny!

Sorry Pappy no pics but the TBS I linked to has the colored wiring diagram. The wire end crimp terminals you can get at the dealership or search online. The crimp tool is a little expensive but you may have the dealer crimp them on.
