Dont know how much you saved by going Amazon, but Id think about returning it and buy from FM, they double your warranty and lifetime customer tech support. Their data base for MAPs is probably 5 times what Dynojet has and Jamie will and has helped hand walk members through data logging or make a file and send to him and he will fine tune it for you.

The PV is a simple unit to use but with the customer support from FM it could not get any easier.

I believe Jamie is the one that just recently suggested going to dynojet for the 120r tunes as they have a few. I could be wrong but that's what I remembered reading. Not sure on the date of that posting either so don't shoot me.

If he has some good insight, I wouldn't be against paying for the help. I was more interested in the next day shipping.

As it be, I got the bike back together and gave her a run with whatever tuning was in it..lol, no, that isn't working.

What was happening with the 1/ 3/4" dresser duals and 3.5 rineharts is much worse with the 2" Rineharts and 4" mufflers. It idles but if you touch the throttle she will bog and almost certainly die, slightest bit of load with the clutch and she'll get going. Dead under 3k. Breaks up badly. 3k pulls but feels softer than the previous exhaust for sure.

So, my opinion is it's really lean now. The odd part is the exhaust was not crackling when I came back home. The engine felt cooler. This may be all in my head. I ran te same route and the temp outside is the same.

BTW, the 4" Rineharts sound MUCH better. Deeper and more mellow/not as loud. This may or may not change with more/correct fueling.

I got a question, if I get an auto-tune to run with this what's stopping me from getting it right and then taking the auto-tune off and selling just that portion? It's not married like the PV is, is it?

You can pull an auto-tuned map off your PV into a file on your computer.. I don't think it would be a problem to send that file to someone else to load into their PV and load it...

I think you could, assuming you're talking about the wide band O2 sensor auto tune. The basic auto tune that uses narrow band sensors is built in to the PV.

i suggest you take the 75 mile, 1 & 1/2 hour trip to see Doc and your 120r issue will be a thing of the past. REturn the PV to Amazon and buy what ever Doc tells you your bike needs.

You have the top of the line HD manfactured performance motor, give it a decent tune.

I've already been down that road. He's a month out already. That and it's about $1k to do it his way.

Get the autotune with the wideband sensors. Yes it's more money.

Yes you have a very expensive engine and it deserves it.
