Default Road glide Fairing Removal

I have a manual on order, but until then, what is the procedure to remove the fairing.
It looks like 4 bolts at the crash bar and 6 Torx screws, then remove the outside shell. I assume the inter shell and all the guts are bolted to the frame. Am I correct ? Any problems to be aware of?

Thanks

Be careful tightening up those fairing screws!

I have done it a dozen times and JUST DID IT TODAY!!!! be sure to take the windshield off, that will make it a bit easyer, but when putting it back on be sure to start the screws back in the well nuts a turn or 2 to not loose them inside the faring.

and yes the bolts and screws your talking about is what holds the fairing on, after you take out the bolts and screws you will have to lift up on the front of the fairing to get it off the hooks that hold it... and be sure to make sure you tuck all the wires back in tightly to get it back on.
