I had the CVO street performance mufflers and did not like the sound. I settled for the Bassani Megaphone 4" and they are great with a gutted cat.

Bottom line...Everyone has their own opinion of what sounds good. Different combinations of cams, headpipe, cat-no cat, air cleaner, slipons, full exhaust set ups...the list goes on and on. Each change makes some difference, and nothing that any of us here tell you should influence your decision. You need to HEAR what you want. If you like something, as more questions about the rest of the setup until you find something that is reasonably close to your setup and desires.

I have these and they sound great. Dealer had them on showroom RG with stock headers and they sounded amazing. I now have them on my Limited with VH Power Duals. This really woke them up but not too loud to where I can't hear my tunes.

At this point i'm almost 90% sure i'm going to pull the trigger on the street cannons. somewhat hesitant because of the 4 inch muffler body. Can't find a living soul that had run these on dresser duals.

I know they also have screaming eagles in 3.5 inch called thunder street or something to that effect. Does anyone have any input on those?

Those sound just like trapps. They sound very nice with stock header. I think the best bang for the buck. They do look slim though

I prefer the slimmer look tbh. That's one of the reasons i'm hesitant about the street cannons.

There you go then...I do like the sound out of them. It is very deep and great for long distance riding. Also, my buddy who has them installed on his 2010 RK gets superb MPG with them and a stock header and stock aircleaner and no re-mapping and sounds awesome.

I have the 3.5" SE Thunder Street Performance slip-ons. They were slightly louder than stock until I switched out the head pipes for castless ones. They became noticeably louder overall but still much quieter than most.
