Default Rivco Armrests,Customer Service

Good day; Riders.

Ordered some Rivco armrests a few months ago and installed them over the winter.

Little did I know that I was sent an incomplete set; the units sent to me were missing a second set of set screws.

Very satisfied with quality and look but could not keep tension on the armrests because I was lacking the second set of set screws.

Phone RIVCO and got very little help from service tech; however, he did provide me with the owner's phone number. Left a message for the owner and within minutes I was speaking with him.

After a limited explanation; HE knew exactly what the problem was/is and assured me the extra set screws would be sent immediately.

He also mentioned there would be changes within the tech support group. He wants to provide top level customer service.

Product made in the USA - an interested owner and a willingness to take the extra step in customer support; maybe it's a company worth reviewing.

Ride In Peace

Good to hear they are going to do something to improve their customer service, hopefully their road reps that do motorcycle events. Worthless as **** on a duck.

Good to hear about this experience. I've found one of the things I really like about being involved with motorcycles is how grass roots many of the suppliers are. There aren't that many industries left where you can talk directly to owners/manufacturers.
