Default Need a PCV Map

Looked on the dynojet site and for my config they just dont have many maps available:

103
s&s stealth air filter
cfr slip on's
stock header (de-catted)
stock cams

I am reaching out for advice from those who have more experience with the pcv and can suggest a good map.

I have tried: M15-011-108 & M15-011-110

These were the closest to my setup parts wise I thought, but hooked the pcv up and it seemed overly rich, roll the throttle and black smoke out the exhaust and it was not as responsive. As soon as i unplug the the pcv it picked back up even with the air filter and exhaust on, so clearly I am not on the right path map wise.

Thanks!

Message sent! Make sure your O2's are unhooked when you hookup the PCV. I can send you a couple of maps we have been running around here. Work great. I didn't open the maps you referred to but I did open a couple for your bike and they are very very rich. They added as much as 20% in the idle area. That is rediculus as the most I have ever seen added to a touring bike in idle area is 10% and it didn't need that. At idle it doesn't matter what bike it is in, just what exhaust and cam you are running. Send me an email and I will send you the maps. I put my email in the message. Bet they will work. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

Thanks guys, yeah I had the o2's unhooked. I am not knocking the pcV it is a solid product, just was disappointed in the lack of listed maps in their DB. Before people say you should of went FuelMoto... I agree if buying new buy fuelmoto simply for access to the map db because I am not impressed with the depth in the dynojet map db for the touring bikes, however I picked mine up from a member on the forums here so /shrug.

I am willing to take the time to get it right (tweak map/test ride/tweak map/test ride/tweak map/test ride/etc...) but would like to get it as close as a possible vs having to take a zero map and work it.

Thanks again!

My setup is almost identical to yours with only the difference being the air filter (Fuel Moto). I'm still playing the map I have because of some decel popping, but shoot me a PM if you want me to send you the map after I'm done.

Default S&S 570 cams

Hi Guys so i have searched a few forums now and have not come up with any answers so im hoping someone can help me out.

I have an 07 roadglide i did the thunderheader x pipe screamin eagle air cleaner and just did S&S 570 chain drive cams with a pcv

I have tried many different maps and have had no sucsess. the whole bike feels like an absalute dog form off the line to 3000rpm and when crusing below 3000 seems to be running very fat and overloaded. After 3000rpm it wakes right up and goes great all the way through the rest of the gears as long as i keep the rpms up it runs great. can anyone recomened a tune or does anyone have this type pf set up with a tune that works good for them?

We need to know what tuner you are running on your bike!
