2002 flhtci
Hey guys, please offer some advice as to what I'll look forward to for maintenance costs on this '02 E Glide Classic. I have an '02 Super Glide that I bought new and have 57k miles on it, with the hydraulic cam chain tensioner upgrade done at 45k. Its for sale now with the intent of getting this EGC this weekend.
I've agreed on a deal with the seller for a 2002 FLHTCI with 38k miles, chrome forks, new tires, and in good overall condition. What kind of maintenance is expected at the 40k mile service? Cam chain tensioners are not done yet.
Upon returning from my test ride around the block, the neutral light stopped working on the dash. It was also noticed that the fairing had a lil play and made a thud noise over big bumps. Anyone experience that and have a known cause and solution?
Please advise of anything else that should be expected or checked. Thanks in advance for your responses.

Neutral light cable could be a little loose at the trans. Pinch it or jiggle it a bit where it plugs into the top of the trans and I bet it'll come back on. May need a little elect. grease or something. May have a broken fairing mount. There are some threads along with video on that problem on here somewhere I just saw. Not a huge problem though.
