Today I installed one of the combo gauges on my 05 Road King, 70900070A, a couple of notes
1. do not use the computer plug that is under the seat or on the left side, you must use the one on the right side. They are exactly the same plug but only the one on the right side would turn on for calibration.
2. the entire installation took about 1 hour, however that would be much shorter it it was not for the @#$%^ gasket under the dash.
3. the instructions for setting the colors is lacking, however when they ask you to cycle through the colors you must press the reset **** and hold it down for a few seconds before the colors start changing.
4. the gear indicator does not work on 2007 and earlier bikes.
Now, a question for those who have performed this installation previously. I was able to change the clock from 24 hr to 12 hr but could not change the time itself, nothing in the instructions gives this info. If you could supply a little assistance setting this clock I would be forever indebted to you
When you get to the 12H,hold the reset **** in for a couple of seconds and the time will come up with the hrs flashing, push the reset to the hr desired and then hold **** in again for a couple of seconds and the minutes will flash and again push the reset **** to the minutes you want.

I have the same unit. Very nice and and almost infinite # of colors for everything including the needles. If memory serves me was a pita to set up having to cycle through all of the color settings. I do like having the tach. Always wanted a tach on any vehicle I've owned.
Firday, I bought the same unit for my 2009 Road King FLHR. I tried this evening to install it. However, it will NOT calibrate. I am using the data port located under the seat. I guess I will look for another data port on the bike??? Would the '09 and the '07 wiring be similar???
You cannot use the one under the seat.....You must use the one under the right cover....It is the same exact plug but is wired different.....Took me about 1/2 hour to figure it out.
