After all this being pissed off and frustrated with the whole thing. I recieved a call from fuel moto today saying they will cover the baffle free of charge. Just could have gone without all the headache and not having my bike since saturday morning.

We apologize for the frustration and mixup, and we are glad this has been taken care of. There was a slight mixup on our end, as a different dealer contacted us rather than the dealer the Jackpot mufflers were purchased thru. Again, I apologize for the mixup and personally assure you the replacement baffle will not cost you a dime.
As far as the warranty on Jackpot mufflers there is a 2 year warranty against manufacturers defects on the muffler body, and a lifetime warranty on the muffler internals which includes the baffle and packing material. This warranty applies to the original purchaser. For additional info we can be contacted at 877-729-4754
If the baffle is still to quiet after you have removed the packing you can then attempt to make the baffle louder usually by shortening it, thus giving it less surface area for the sound to travel over. Do it in no larger than quarter increments you still want some back pressure.

Glad it worked out for you, I told you they were one of the better vendors around
