Check that bracket. Is a mounting screw sticking through into a hot wire? Did you have to drill a hole and maybe cut or exposed a wire? Maybe just pinched a wire to the mounting metal. If everything worked until that last step it has to be right there at the last change. I agree as what is causing the problem is not a "stock" problem it will not be under warranty.

I thot the same thing, maybe a wire exposed ect., but there were no wires touched. I mounted the Iron Aces bracket to the speedo/tach housing which was done away from the bike. Put the bracket back on which took all of 5 minutes...easy job no wires to pinch......instag8tr keep me posted on what you find out...I'll do the same.

The service guy said the speaker wire was plugged into the headlight wire. I was like WTF!? That doesn't make any sense.

Got it figured out....The right turn signal wire was pinched between the inner and outter fairing causing a short. The thing is the fairing hasnt been off since last April and it just happen to screw up when I was doing my thing which caused a lot of looking in the wrong place...35.00 for a new part and we are back in business.
