The Cheapo Looking Timing Cover on my beautiful Chrome and black engine is just plain wrong!
What have you done?
I would like a nice one but they are expensive for what they are.... seems to me? I think more chrome maybe a veteran badge?
Yeah, they are really cheap..
When you pull it off you will see just exactly how cheap it is and what it is.
I had a chrome flame one on, but have went with this outfit now and all covers(including the horn) now match. http://www.azece.com/orderpoints.htm
These are not cheap though, but not as ridiculosly priced either as like Roland Sands and the like.

You can't have it both ways! Either be happy with the cheapo stock one or dig deep and pay up for a better custom one.
I just bought a chrome one with a spider milled on it from OCC for $25 but it doesn't fit. Best I can measure it is over my about 0.0452", probably the thickness of the chrome on both sides combined. They said it fits their S&S motors just fine!
Hey I found some that you guys suggested...But the ones I like are close to $100...Can't seem to pull trigger on that cost...I will keep an eye out for used somewhere.
Thanks
Hap
