Your question about lighting..... you can get everything you need more or less from either custom dynamics or j p cycles. i would like to say if i was you i would get the custom dynamics plasma rods as an extra set of brake lights which can also be used for turn signals if you buy the modual for it. the street glide brake lights are lacking and you cant really see them in the day light but with plasma rods you can really see them. harley sells a tribar with smoke lens well it atleast looks like a smoke lense anyhow you can pic one up for about 195 and install this yourself in about 15 min if you know anything about wrenching on stuff.
But all in all from what i have seen of your question you can get it all except the tri bar from custom dynamics.
