I used Chap Stick on my snap tonneau cover for my truck. The tube was just big enough to cover the male part of the snap.

The stuff your putting in them may make me buy the magnetic doors to be able to use the darn things.

Ya can hide an amp in the pods and run ipod/phone to it. Try some triflow on the snaps.

Default Soft Lowers

Snaps are one of those things that items made outside the USA always scimp on. They need an inner brass "liner" to really grip, and they need to be sewn in well. I've been using the Desert Dawgs for ten years and have no problems with the snaps or any other part of 'em... but they are made by American craftspeople in Minnesota, USA!

Here's my hubby's bike with the studded version (you can get plain), they are available for all Harleys and others too. PS There's a $10 off discount coupon right now

The link is to a cup holder.

Do you make/sell just the doors?
