On a 2010 roadglide out for a ride the red security icon came on for about three min then went out no other problems happened. Anything to worry about.

Before I had my siren added to my security system, my red security light stayed on all of the time. Sometimes, it'd go off, which looked odd, since it stayed on before.

Why it stayed on, I don't know. Why it went off, I don't know that either. I just know it's stays off now. As for it being a problem, I don't see why. But then, I'm not a tech.

 

I had the same issue on my CVO Streetglide. It went away when I changed the battery in the fob.
