Or just take the baffles out altogether. That's what I did and man o man does it sound sweet. Rumble is so deep it makes your bones tingle. You dont need to break the welds either. Just go around the flat part with a hammer and a chisel and punch along the corner bend inside until it completely separates. What you will be left with is a ring that is held on by the welds. But by that time the welds will be broken anyways. That's what I did and I skipped the fullsac and left the mesh inside.

For me I just couldn't see spending $400+ on some vance and hines or Rinehart or any other muffler that wouldn't fare much better than a gutted set of stock cvo mufflers that I got for less than $100. So I took the rest of the money and used it towards cams and that probably was one of the smartest upgrades I couldve done. I will admit...its loud but its a deep throaty loud not the raspy kind.
