Couple ideas for you, in fact, we live in Louisville and riding to N Ky, maybe then to Columbus OH. Lots of hotels in the N Ky area with plenty of restaurants and bars. HD Dealer in area as well, ok shop, nothing fancy. In regards to a good ride, here is one that won't dissapoint. Get to Dry Ridge Ky from where you are staying. I 75 is the easiest. Take route 22 south or west. Go through Owenton Ky and then take route 355 all the way to Carrollton KY. Several places to eat, take a break. Then take US 42 North back toward cincy, n Ky. If I had to guess, depending on where you start, approx 150 miles with lots of twisties, open two lanes, and some of the most beautiful scenery you will ever see. Good luck and if I can help with anything else, feel free to PM me. Oh, one last thing, there are a couple casinos accross the river in Souteast indianna.
I am leaving from elkhart, in tomorrow afternoon headed to cincinnati also. Funny thing is we are also going to stay in harrison, oh at the super 8, then on to mason, oh on saturday to visit some family and go to king's island. Maybe we will see each other. Staying at super 8 in mason, harley dealer is right by entrance to king's island. eric.
Guys Thanks so much for the info...seems like the weather is going to get better and less rain than we were expecting..If anyone else has any ideas it would be very helpful..Thanks!! Tim..
