Project FLTRI by HogPro
I am thinking Ness Hotlegs with the single sided dual caliper setup in smooth chrome. HogPro Apollo wheel in chrome with a Lyndall Racing 13" chrome and silver rotor. Progressive mono tube kit.
I am yet to see one in person as well. Also does anyone have the plastic wind deflectors that clip on to the fairing mount/crash bar? I noticed my buddies CVO has them.
I am still battling with possibly doing a 23" as well but I do so much canyon carving that I don't think this is a good option for my riding style. Thoughts? It will also cost a bit more but that will not be the deciding factor.
I also ordered an iron aces speed bracket for my iphone. Met up with some guys from another forum and this gave me lots of ideas. Here is the bracket.

I will need to wait until after my summer trip to get started on this but I am now thinking that if I am going to buy a new wheel I might as well go bigger.

I got an Iphone/gps mount from Iron Aces Speed Shop. I had to take apart the gauge cluster and drilla few holes to mount it. Very simple and works great although I need to relocate the plug for my iphone now from teh glovebox to up by the mount. So what I am saying is have not really used the mount yet although I got it on the bike.

I put on a set of PM contour renthal wrapped grips to replace the Harley ones. I much prefer these pm grips as they are smaller diameter around and much more comfortable. If you want my old grips $40.

I measured the width on my bars...41". Too wide for decent lane splitting on the 405. The RWD wide angle mirrors I added are even wider than the bars. I have a set of LA Choppers 12" nice curves in 1.25 that I think I will put on when I get a chance. The LA Choppers bars are 32" wide which is much better for me. Not sure on the brand of bars I have, but they are really nice. 14" in height and the tubing is flat front and rear rounded on the sides. If I swap bars I will sell these. I think they are a one off set from BR Customs maybe. Here are the current bars which are 1.5 in diameter as well. Nice and fat. If anyone knows what they are please let me know.

I have Brukus saddlebag secure to put on, a set of highway pegs to mount on the crash bar, A DK Custom Products coil relocation and blue matching wires to get done too.
My S/E cam plate (the bike is an 05) arrived yesterday and I have set of Andrew's 26 cams but I am not sure with the 10.25:1 compression if these are worth putting in or not. The bike has S/E 251 cam sright now and until you hit about 3200 rpms it seems to me the power is lacking for a 95" build. I want my power down low and through the range, not up top. The 26"'s were in my Dyna and are just sitting on the shelf. I need to decide what cams I want to put in so I can get the new cam plate in. I also figure I might as well do heads (the heads have been done but not to my liking and I want black cylinders and heads instead of gray). I also want to add some compression releases. I need to get some adjustable push rods as whoever built this motor used se non adjustable. Wow, this is getting expensive already.
I was not so sure on teh corbin seat with drives back rest and such but I avhe decided after a few weeks that it is extremely comfortable and will be staying on the bike. It nice how it locks to the bike as well.
My stereo was having issues initially and I discovered that the wiring and main breaker for teh system which are both under the right cover were jiggling around and causing it to reset. I also found a main power wire in the fairing that was attached with space connectors and when jiggled would shut the system off. I cut and soldered that wire and secured all the wiring under the right side cover to keep it from moving. I redid all the speaker wires that go in to the amp as well as they were done very poorly. I soldered the end of each of the wires and reattached them. My buddy tuned the amp. The head unit is al Alpine IDA305, alpine 4 channel amp, Infinity kappa 6.5"'s in teh fairing on Arc Audio adapter rings, Infinity Kapp 6x9"'s in the bags facing in toward the rear wheel. I can't hear the bag speakers on teh road at all but when parked this system really rocks. The left front speaker still has some sort of issue as it works most of the time but it go ion and out sometimes.
I added a Klock Werks 12" flare shield (wish I would have gone 14") but the 12" is much better than the stock shield that did absolutely nothing. Stock shield for sale for $30 has chrome trim across the top of it.
I just picked up a set of Brembo's that I will be sending to ***** Shiny for chrome. I am staying dual disc on this bike as it is so darn heavy.
It seems I am jut getting started and this project will take a few years to complete. Thanks for reading and if you can help please do. Cam suggestions wanted to. 95" 10.25:1 compression with street ported heads. The bike is an 05 and I am using s/e cam plate so I need cams designed for 00/07.

I use the HD deflectors on the engine guard and they help a lot add to then the Gads Lower triple tree deflector and you get almost no wind from the front of the gas tank up to the rider, if your not using lowers the Gads engine guard deflectors will get rid of most of the wind and buffeting from under the fairing, if you use lowers you dint need them.

Iron Aces are great people to deal with and the mount is really cool on the RG, I use it for my Iphone for tunes , satellite radio and GPS. There are 10.00 splitter cables available on EBay to connect the charge and radio aux port from the phone using only the docking port. Or you can go with the I Simple setup that Iron Aces has but they do about the same as the 10.00 cables
This one is from China but there are US vendors for them

If your not over on roadglide.org check them out for a lot of RG info too
