Snapped clutch cable today,so i'm wondering ,is it possible to replace without removing exhaust entirely?

Well, you have to get to the clutch release cover and remove it. If you can do that without removing the exhaust then go for it.

Maybe...

Depending on the bike, and the exhaust.
Usually, with stock header pipe? No.

You might try a ball socket hex. You may still have to remove the heat shield and/or loosen the pipe from the head..

Sure but eventually you have to put it all back together again and torque it back down correctly. Just not worth mucking around. How long does it take to pull the exhaust and o the job right anyway?
