Default Single Left Side Brake Lines?

I am ready to do the conversion to the left side only caliper, but am trying to find out what brake cables, if any I need. I put on some braided ones when I did my apes and would like something to match. Do I just need the lower with some kind of plug for the right side, or 1 straight all the way from master cylinder?
Help a dummy out here...

08 SG, non ABS - going to 6 piston caliper and 13" rotor.

changing master cylinder for a 9/16 and one straight line will be better solution. I will do it as i decided which caliper...

Thank you for the response.
Hmmm, hadn't thought of doing that.
Guess I'll go looking again at parts.

With a single caliper you only need a single line. That makes for a very tidy installation and the easiest possible brake bleeding! Harley make two master cylinders, for single and twin calipers and the aftermarket brake makers (if you go that route) make their calipers to match up with those master cylinders.

You can go to any auto parts store and get a brass plug to install in the "T" fitting. Then just remove the right side brake line and what ever else you need to remove.

I bought the 9/16 off eBay and ran one line down. Had magnum lines from my apes so I just called them and ordered a single.

I'd get a single brake line as opposed to plugging the T. On your 08 non abs all you need is the brake line from the master cylinder to the left caliper. The 9/16" master cylinder is a good idea too. I'm going to be doing this on my 05 and am going to try with the stock 11/16" master cylinder first to see how that works. I'll keep you posted whenever I get around to it.

I did this mod on my bike and changed to 9/16 MC as that is what the instructions stated. I wouldn't expiriment with braking ability, just my .02

No experiment, He'll have more pressure, more sensitive, so there's a learning curve. How often do you slam on the front brake?
